Reservation Information

Rates:

We try to stay as consistent as possible on our prices; we only raise our rates for a couple of occasions through out the season. All of our rates are based on double occupancy and include up to 2 children 1-12 free in rooms that can accommodate within the maximum capacity guidelines. The rates do not include the 9% rooms and meals tax. Although we do not recommend it, because of comfort and space issues, in some cases you may add an additional guest (all ages) for $7/nt and/or a cot for $7/nt ; both of which are limited to rooms that can accommodate them.

Reservation Info:

Summer Reservations can be made on a first come, first serve basis starting in February of each season by calling us a 1-603-745-6688.  Or Book Online.  Reservations are strongly suggested for weekends in July and August and on any holiday or special events. Reservations for weekends requires a 2 night minimum. Holiday weekends a 3 night minumum. (Summer/Fall Reservations Only – If you cannot meet our mimimum stay policy we do not wish to turn you away, but we will charge a $10/nt additional fee if we are able to accommodate you. ( for limited dates only). Friday or Saturday night only reservations are accepted on the Thursday before the arrival date after 5:00 PM. ) Cancellation policy does apply. You may reserve your rooms with MC, Visa, Am Ex or Discover, or you can send us a check for 1 nights stay if you make your reservation a minimum of 1 month in advance. Check must be recieved within 2 weeks to hold reservation.

Cancellations:

SUMMER/Fall (Reservations for – May – October) Cancellation Policy: $10 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Summer/Fall Reservations – At this time we run your credit card for an authorization only. No payment is taken until you arrive. Unless the cancellation policy is not met. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, a one night charge (per room) will be billed to your credit card. Minumum notice requirement is 24 hours. If you give less than 24 hours notice, if you shorten your stay or if you check out early, please understand we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we are able to rebook your room, a full or partial refund will be made.XX

WINTER (Reservations for – Nov  - April ) Cancellation Policy: $ 10 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Winter reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days before your arrival date. One night deposit is required at the time of the reservation and can be refunded if cancellation policy is met. Should you have to cancel with less than 14 days notice, check-out early or not show at all, please understand we must hold you responsible for the entire reservation. Holidays require a 30 day cancellation notice. If we are able to rebook your room, a full or partial refund will be made.
