(Summer and Winter Reservations for Presidential cabin only) One night deposit is required at the time of the reservation. It may be credited towards another stay if the cancellation policy is met
Cancellation Policy: Minimum $ 10 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Presidential Cabin reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days* before your arrival date. Should you have to cancel with less than 14 days* notice, check-out early or not show at all, please understand we must hold you responsible for the entire reservation. If we are able to rebook your room for the entire stay, a full or partial credit may be given for use at another time.

———SUMMER/FALL (All units except Presidential Cabin)————-
***SUMMER/FALL – All units except Presidential Cabin- (Reservations for – May – October) At this time we run your credit card for an authorization only. No payment is taken until you arrive. Unless the cancellation policy is not met.
Cancellation Policy: $10 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. – If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, a one night charge (per room) will be billed to your credit card. Minimum notice requirement is 48 hours*. If you give less than 48 hours * notice, if you shorten your stay or if you check out early, please understand we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we are able to rebook your room, a full or partial in house credit maybe given for use at another time.
***HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS require a 30 day* cancellation notice. (including but not limited to Laconia Motorcycle week June 10-18th , Nascar Race Weekends July 15 -17th, Highland Games Weekend Sept 16-18th)
***GROUPS OF 5 UNITS OR MORE MUST CALL to discuss details. Requires 45 day* cancellation notice + Deposits & Possible additional fees.
CHECK- IN : Office Hours 3pm – 8pm (please call if arriving after 8pm) / Early Check in $25 per unit – must be prearranged
CHECK- OUT: 10:30 AM
Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy (not including tax), the # of guests must be updated to reflect all guests (all ages) beyond the allowed 1st two free children ages 0-12 (for the rooms that can appropriately accommodate them). Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods, holidays and special events.. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required for holidays and special events.
Pets: The Presidential Cabin is not pet friendly. We have 1 designated Cabin & 1 designated Motel Room for pets. Dogs only. A Pet Stay fee of $10/nt per pet is applicable. If you are bringing your dog, be sure you selected the pet friendly room and have read our pet policy. You can read our pet policy in full by selecting “Pet Info” from our home page. ***A $250 fee will be charged for a pet being in a non-pet friendly room***
Smoking: A $250 fee will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking room.
Guests: are responsible for missing items and damages to the property that occurred during your stay. Your credit card will be charged for those damages and or you will be billed.
